Application
If a match is determined, the Recruiter will be in contact to connect.
Assessment
As an initial assessment of your experience & qualifications, you'll screen with the Hiring Manager and/or conduct a technical exercise/case study/presentation. This will vary by role.
Interview
You'll meet with the team who will assess against the qualifications of the role.
Offer
We'll share the outcome of your interviews, connect with your references, & present an offer proposal if moving forward. Once an offer has been accepted, all future employees are required to complete a background check prior to starting.

We use behavioral based interviewing to gain a deeper understanding of your skills and experience. When preparing for your interview(s), think back to your experience and outline a couple of projects that you'll be able to discuss in detail. Organize your thoughts using the STAR method.
S-situation: What were you presented with?
T-task: What was the task that needed to be accomplished?
A-action: What steps did you take?
R-result: What was the outcome of the actions taken?
