Senior Product Manager, Enrollment & Onboarding

Job Description

About this role

We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Manager to lead our Enrollment & Onboarding (E&O) domain. This team plays a critical role in shaping the first moments of a member’s journey—from the moment they apply to when they take their first step in care.

The E&O team’s mission is to guide applicants and members through an intuitive, streamlined, and efficient enrollment process, laying the foundation for long-term engagement and improved MSK health outcomes. Our onboarding experience ensures users feel informed, supported, and confident navigating the Hinge Health app and its suite of services.

As Product Manager for E&O, you’ll define and drive the strategy for optimizing conversion, activation, and early engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, design, engineering, marketing, and data partners to build experiences that are clear, motivating, and clinically aligned.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enrollment & Onboarding experience
  • Launch experiences that grow our active member base, increase conversion to users’ first high value moment, and set users up for success with Hinge Health
  • Turn data into actionable insights to define success metrics, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly
  • Balance near-term improvements with longer-term investments in extensible, modular architecture
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, data, clinical, marketing, and go-to-market
  • Advocate for member needs, ensuring that our enrollment and onboarding experience is as inclusive, supportive, and frictionless as possible
